These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the New York Top Model Academy website and your participation in all NYTMA programs, courses, workshops, and services. By accessing our website or enrolling in any program, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Acceptance of Terms
Your use of this website and enrollment in NYTMA programs constitutes acceptance of all terms contained herein. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or enroll in our programs.
Program Participation & Eligibility
Enrollment in courses, workshops, coaching sessions, and all programs is subject to availability and approval by NYTMA. We reserve the right to:
- Review applications and approve or decline enrollment
- Modify program schedules or instructors when necessary
- Update course content, materials, or curriculum
- Cancel programs due to insufficient enrollment or circumstances beyond our control
You represent that you are at least 18 years old to enroll in NYTMA programs. Minors must have parental/guardian consent and signature.
Payments & Refunds
Payment Terms: All program fees must be paid as specified during registration. Payment methods include credit cards, digital payments, and bank transfers. We accept major payment methods processed through secure providers.
Refund Policy: Refunds are subject to our refund policy as follows:
- Cancellations 14+ days before program start: Full refund minus $50 administrative fee
- Cancellations 7-13 days before start: 50% refund
- Cancellations less than 7 days before start: No refund (fees are non-refundable)
- No refunds for completed sessions
If NYTMA cancels a program, enrolled students will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another program.
No Guarantee of Employment
IMPORTANT: Participation in NYTMA programs does not guarantee modeling contracts, employment, agency representation, or professional opportunities. Our courses provide training and skill development, but actual career outcomes depend on individual performance, market conditions, and industry factors beyond NYTMA's control.
NYTMA makes no representations or warranties regarding your ability to secure modeling work, representation, or contracts as a result of our training.
Intellectual Property Rights
All website content, course materials, training videos, curriculum, photography, graphics, logos, and other media are the exclusive property of NYTMA or are licensed to NYTMA. This content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or transmit any NYTMA content without written permission. Unauthorized use is prohibited and may result in legal action.
Students retain ownership of their own work and portfolio materials submitted to NYTMA for educational purposes only.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NYTMA is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Any damages arising from use or inability to use our website or programs
- Third-party actions or industry factors affecting your career
NYTMA's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific program in question.
